Katie Dempsey

Katie graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI in 2017. In her role as administrator, starting in 2025, Katie — daughter of Rosemarie and sister to Shawn — brings strong family values and teamwork to the practice.

Katie’s background is rooted in food services and hospitality management. Her career includes serving as a sous chef for Finley Catering, managing the café at Scott Honda, and working as an assistant to the executive of food management and events at both Rosemont College and West Chester University. That experience sharpened her organizational, leadership, and client-service skills.

Outside of work, Katie is passionate about soccer, enjoys watching professional sports, and is an avid fan of country music. She also loves to travel and spend creative time crafting with her Cricut.
